Weakness In an overcrowded marketplace, where most of the companies competing
are abundant with so many specializations, in such a scenario, clients are now looking
for quality blended with emotions, honesty and respect. We as a growing company
have always delivered products and services that are not only high on quality but
also on emotional level. In fact our emotional engagement with the client and its
deliverables has made it difficult for our clients to work with other partners/vendors
(our competitors). Over the years, we have overcome our technical weakness but for
the moment we see our emotional engagement as one of the Weaknesses (which we still
need to work upon).
Opportunity Our team of talented, highly motivated professionals with their
technological expertise and project experience has created innumerable opportunities
for our company. With the efforts of our proactive team, we have been able to develop
so many quality deliverables that always helps us to get repeat orders and references.
In the initial period, we did not have our sales team for 12 months but we got enough
orders through our various references.
Threat One of the major concerns for an offshore development center like
us is sustaining the quality development over the years. To do this, one needs to
make efforts to retain the core team that has been instrumental in delivering the
quality deliverables. We at MYZEAL IT have one of the best working environments
that enhance productivity. Apart from this, we have developed employee centric policies
to retain and promote talent. Another threat we have firmly dealt with is Anti-Outsourcing
policies of the US. We have overcome the fear by NOT being Geo-centric and also
by having partners and clients in each and every corner of the world that also include
our domestic clients in India.
